Projection: need to automatically qualify

From a committee perspective, St. Francis PA’s résumé is defined more by damage than by signature moments because lopsided road losses at Oklahoma, TCU, Florida and Xavier and neutral-site setbacks against Belmont and Troy have erased much of the nonconference counterweight to a thin ledger. The best moment is a hard-fought win over F Dickinson that shows the team can close tight games against comparable mid-major opposition, but otherwise there are no quality wins and the worst moments are heavy defeats at major-conference arenas that expose a gap in talent and consistency away from home. With the remainder of the schedule stacked with conference and regional opponents such as Wagner, LIU Brooklyn, Central Connecticut, Stonehill, Chicago State, New Haven, Mercyhurst and Le Moyne there are clear chances to pile up victories yet very few opportunities to add resume-changing road or neutral wins, so the realistic path to the tournament runs through winning the conference bracket rather than accumulating routine regular-season results.
